Eli's Birthday Dinner

Shrimp with Feta and Tomatoes (garlic, onions, fresh dill and parsley);
-served with Garlic bread to sop up the juices

Pork Loin Roast with a Chimichurri Marinade; Chimichurri sauce for dipping

Yellow Pear Tomato, Campari Tomato, and Fresh Basil Salad
(extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper)

Charred Green Beans with Garlic, White Wine and Butter

Blackberry Compote with fresh blackberries and blueberries folded in
Home made shortcakes
